Dartford Heath Patrol

Dear Residents

I know the activities on Dartford Heath is a concern to you all. On Sunday 1st February 2026 at 15:00 a call was made in relation to numerous gentlemen in Dartford Heath in the park area by Denton Road. Within the bushes area by the football pitches the males were engaging in activity with one another. Patrols attended and one male matching the description given was was located nearby. As a result he was issued with a community protection warning in relation to the behaviour. 

Unfortunately no arrests were made as the member of the public who reported the incident wanted to stay anonymous and therefore did not want to support a police prosecution. The community warning has a list of conditions that the male has to abide by. If they are broken then this gets upgraded to a community protection notice with the same conditions. If this is then broken then the community protection notice carries a power of arrest, where the person is then arrested and charged to court
